Terms of service
Last updated 12 June 2026
These terms govern your use of Garage Master Online, operated by Wolf Software Systems Ltd, registered in England & Wales (company no. 13679809), registered office Figflex Oak House, Reeds Crescent, Watford, England, WD24 4QP. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of your business.
The service
Garage Master Online is a garage-management system: diary, customers, invoicing, vehicle health checks, reminders, repair manuals, the GM Fix-finder and related features, provided as a web application. We may improve or change features over time; we won't materially reduce what your plan includes without notice.
Trials, billing & cancellation
- Mobile, Garage and Car showroom plans start with 14 days free. We do not ask for card details to set you up, so nothing is charged unless you choose to subscribe at the end. The Fix-finder-only plan has no free period and is billed from the day you subscribe.
- Subscriptions bill monthly in advance via Stripe, at the price shown when you signed up plus VAT, until cancelled.
- There is no minimum term. Cancel any time from Subscription → Manage billing; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't refund part-months.
- If payment fails we'll retry and email you; continued failure suspends access until payment is made.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice — you can cancel before a change takes effect.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your login details secure, and create separate staff logins for your team rather than sharing one.
- You are the data controller for the customer records you hold in Garage Master. Only send SMS/email reminders to customers you're entitled to contact, and honour opt-outs.
- Don't misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempting to breach security, no reselling access, and no scraping or bulk-extracting the repair-manual library outside the product.
AI content
Fix-finder results and assistant answers are generated by AI from workshop-manual content and general knowledge. They are an aid for qualified mechanics, not a substitute for professional judgement — always verify safety-critical work (torque figures, brake, steering and restraint systems) against the cited manual page before relying on it.
Availability & liability
- We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" — occasional maintenance and downtime happen, and reliance on third parties (DVLA, Stripe, SMS carriers) is outside our control.
- We take nightly backups of your data.
- Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Termination
You can cancel at any time as above. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms or don't pay. After cancellation your data is retained for 90 days then deleted, as described in the privacy policy.
General
These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales, with the courts of England & Wales having exclusive jurisdiction. If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Questions: sales@garagemasteronline.com.
